The Client represents that they are authorized to submit information and act on behalf of the applicable business.
Ruby Capital Group and financing providers may rely on the information supplied by the Client when reviewing an application.
V. Funding Terms and Decisions
All funding terms, including funding amounts, fees, rates, repayment schedules, payment frequency, and eligibility requirements, are determined by the applicable financing provider.
The Client is responsible for carefully reviewing and understanding all documents and funding terms before accepting an offer.
